I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a few minor issues. The dog-friendly atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was truly enjoyable. However, there were some concerns with service during checkout and communication that could be improved. The cleanliness of the facilities was mostly good, but there were a few cleanliness issues in common areas. Overall, I would recommend this magical place, particularly for winter visits.
